Court files, credit histories, and company registries arrive in fragments. Our specialists locate the underlying documents, confirm that a file belongs to the right person or business, and return a report you can rely on.
01 / Method
What a report leaves out can matter as much as what it contains.
One courthouse search answers one question. People move, change names, and cross state lines, so a single county check can miss the file that decides the matter.
We begin with an address history and use it as a search plan. From there the request moves outward through the counties and states where the subject actually lived, not just the jurisdiction that is easiest to reach.
The same discipline applies to companies. A registered agent address is not proof of operations, and a credit score is not a substitute for reading the file. We pull the records behind the summary rather than stopping at a score.
02 / Work
Desk A
Municipal, county, state, and federal files, plus nationwide warrant searches and requests for Canadian and international courts.
Criminal records deskDesk B
Employment and tenancy files built from court work, with address history, bankruptcies, liens, and judgments added where the record supports it.
Screening deskDesk C
Entity backgrounds, ownership and affiliations, asset searches, and reports on companies registered in Asian markets.
Business checks deskDesk D
Consumer, employment, business, and international credit files, requested for a lawful purpose and released to the requester.
Credit reports desk03 / Sequence
A legal name, a date of birth, and any earlier names give us a starting point. The identifiers are checked before a single search is ordered.
The address history becomes the search plan, county by county, so the report reflects where the person lived rather than where it is convenient to look.
A specialist requests the record, reads the docket, and separates a true match from a namesake before anything is written up.
Findings go back by email to the address that placed the request.
04 / Use
A decision about a person or a company should rest on the file, not on a hunch. A request can begin in one of four places.
